ELIGIBILITY REQUIREMENTS

・No product purchase or participation/entry fee is necessary.
・Entries must be the original artwork of a child applicant (hereafter referred to as Applicant) in accordance with the following conditions: (a) the age of the Applicant must fall within the category indicated on the entry form and (b) the Applicant must be a legal resident of (the country name) at the time of entry.
・Previously published artworks, artworks that have been entered in any other contest and artworks that infringe any third party rights may not be submitted. To be eligible, artworks must be related to the theme of the contest in which they are submitted.
・A winner and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian will be required to certify that the Applicant's submission has not been published previously, has not been entered in any other contest and does not infringe any third party rights.
・An applicant may enter as many times as he or she wishes, however, each entry must be mailed in a separate envelope to your company (hereafter referred to as "Distributor") or specified dealer, or be submitted directly to the specified dealer. Prizes will be limited to one per Applicant.
・Entries must be submitted on paper measuring within 270 mm to 300 mm (11 to 12 inches) by 420 mm to 450 mm (16.5 to 18 inches). This corresponds to either A3 size or tabloid size. Entries must be hand-drawn, colored illustrations with a background and must not be created digitally. Any type of paper is permissible, and any artistic medium (any paint including water paint, color markers, crayons, etc.) may be used to create an entry.
・Each submission must be accompanied by an entry form containing the necessary information. Entry forms can be downloaded from the Distributor's website (http: _______) or are available at specified dealers. The questionnaire that must be submitted with an entry form can also be obtained at the same time.
・The required information to be filled in the entry form is outlined below. The agreement clause (11) must include the signature of the Applicant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian.

11. Signature of the Applicant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian to indicate their agreement

・Where both parents are able to exercise parental rights, both parents should sign. If only one of the parents is able to exercise parental rights, the signature of one parent will be accepted. In the case that neither parent is able to sign, the legal guardian should sign.
・The Applicant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian (a) must be eligible to legally enter Japan, (b) should expect to be able to and be willing to travel to Japan according to the schedule specified by Toyota Motor Corporation (hereafter referred to TMC), and (c) must acknowledge that TMC assumes no responsibility for or otherwise guarantees issuance of a visa to travel to Japan.
・By submitting an entry, the Applicant and his/her parent(s) or legal guardian agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and accept and shall not object or take actions against the final decision by juries whom Distributor and TMC arranged.
・Children of employees of TMC, Distributor and dealers are also eligible to participate.
