Responsibilities:
- Incident, problem and change management
- Applying technical understanding of Windows Server OS family (2012/2016/2019), Windows Server security standards and configuration management
- Assist with Technology Refreshes (Hardware, Operating System, Patching and Firmware)
- Hands on experience to support associated technologies such as deployment, management and administration of VMware & HyperVvirtualization platform and Disaster Recovery
- Administration and strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 products
- Good knowledge of SAN environment
- Good understanding of cloud technologies
- Identifies end user concerns and resolves or escalates issues expediently and accurately within documented time frames
- IT Inventory record maintenance
- Understanding user provisioning models and approaches, related tools and directory services
- Managing Microsoft Active Directory and LDAP directory technologies
- Exercising due diligence when assessing operational risks and solutions
- Developing and maintaining technical processes, including supporting documentation
