Indus Motor Company organized a Road Safety Art Contest in collaboration with The Citizens Foundation to educate our young population in Road Safety in a fun and enjoyable manner. Around 1000 children from over 100 TCF schools from Sindh and Balochistan participated in the Contest by displaying their art in the form of Posters and Models.

IMC actively promotes road safety and awareness of driving laws, specially amongst children, as research shows that more than more than 50% of the 50,000 traffic accidents that occur in Karachi involve young children.

The Road Safety Art Contest culminated in a prize distribution ceremony at the Indus Motor Plant on April 16, 2008, to recognize winners from the participating schools. About 50 teachers, guests and TCF management also participated in the event along with the winners.
