At the close of the year 2007, Indus Motor Company sponsored a football tournament “Toyota Football Tournament 2007” at Hunter Sports Football Stadium, which kicked off from Dec 23. This Stadium is located at Kohi Goth, Bin Qasim Town, Karachi.

Under the rules and regulations of Pakistan Football Federation, the matches were contested between a pool of eight selected local football teams, with each game being on a Knock-out basis.

Starting from there, the Toyota Football Tournament has been a recurring feature on the CSR map of IMC, with more than PKR 80,000 going towards the 2010 edition.
