Kosen Ray of Light
At Toyota Pakistan, we are committed to building a diverse and inclusive workforce. Through pilot internship programs and partnerships with organizations like KVTC and NOWPDP, we create employment opportunities for persons with disabilities across various functions. We provide a safe and supportive work environment that enables individuals to develop skills, grow with confidence, and succeed in the corporate workplace.
Gender Sensitization Sessions
We conduct gender sensitization sessions to reinforce our diversity values of inclusion, respect, and psychological safety. These sessions help address unconscious biases, encourage open dialogue, and promote fair workplace practices—creating an environment where individuals feel safe to express themselves, respected for who they are, and included in everyday interactions and decisions.
Supporting small businesses
Moving beyond conventional Women’s Day celebrations, we focused on creating real impact by supporting female entrepreneurs. We provided a platform for women to showcase and sell their products, promoting economic empowerment and community support. This initiative was further expanded to include partners such as Deaf Reach, KVTC, and GEAR Foundation, enabling individuals with special needs to showcase their work and talent.
Family Friendly Policies
At IMC, we understand the importance of peace of mind for working parents. Our in-house daycare provides a safe, nurturing space for children, allowing parents to focus on their work knowing their little ones are close and well cared for. This initiative supports work–life balance and promotes inclusion by enabling parents to grow their careers without compromise.
