Every year Indus Motor Company (IMC) offers internships to students in its various departments. This is an opportunity for students to gain some hands on experience of what it’s like to work in IMC.

Apprenticeship Program
Over the years Indus Motor Company has emerged as a strong corporate leader by establishing a set of values, beliefs, principles and business methods that act as the life blood of the company.
The Toyota way is supported by two main pillars: Respect for people and continuous improvement.
Indus Motor Company is inviting applications for our three years Apprenticeship Program. The aim of this apprenticeship is to develop a workforce with advance skill set that will enable them to earn a good livelihood and secure a better future.
We have been successfully running this program since 1995. And so far we’ve trained 10,000+ Apprentices and have spent more than 1.5 million man hours on training them.
Eligibility criteria:
Age: 18 to 24 years
Education: Minimum Matric with a ‘D’ grade
