Q. What are Toyota experts?
Indus Motor Company took initiative of training the Toyota SURE dealer staff on Toyota Vehicle Inspection System (TVI) which was designed by Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), Japan. It is currently operational in Asia Pacific region i.e. Thailand, India, Vietnam and Philippines etc. Toyota SURE dealer staff is trained on TVI by Indus Motor Company engineers, these people are then examined and only the people who are able to pass the examination are certified as Toyota SURE experts.
Q. Can I get imported used car from Toyota Sure?
We only provide IMC CKD /CBU used vehicles which are made according to the local road conditions.
Q. What does the free 203 check-up include?
The intensive 203-point free inspection is conducted to ensure minimum Quality Assurance because we are committed to putting the highest quality certified vehicles on the road.
Q. Can I buy non-Toyota Vehicles from Toyota Sure?
For Sale: Toyota SURE only offers best Toyota Vehicles which are inspected refurbished and certified on Toyota Global Standards.
For Exchange: We accept all brand vehicles if customer wants to exchange his existing car with New Toyota or Certified Used Toyota.
Q. Is the warranty covered nationwide?
Yes, the warranty is claimable nationwide on all Toyota Authorized dealerships. (Engine & Transmission only)
Q. What if the car already has the manufacture warranty available?
Used car warranty will be applicable after the Manufacturer warranty expires. So, the used car warranty will start after the expiration on Manufacturer warranty.
Q. Is the warranty offered on Certified Car same as the new car?
Depending on vehicle age & millage Toyota Sure offers 1 Year / 15000km or 6 months/10000 km limited warranty only provided on engine and transmission.
However, with new car, there is a 3 years/100,000 km bumper to bumper warranty, so it is different.
Q. Can I get my car certified?
Currently the certification service is not for sale, it is only offered as a service on the vehicles sold through Toyota SURE Dealer network.
Q. What is the warranty period?
Certified cars comes with a warranty of 1 year / 15000km & 6 months/10,000 KMs on engine and transmission.
Q. Can I bring my technician along to inspect the car I am buying?
We allow to bring the technician as well as offer test drives of our stock, however all the vehicle sold through Toyota SURE network are thoroughly inspected by Toyota Experts based on TVi (Toyota Vehicle Inspection System), are accident-free, and come with a thorough inspection report.
Q. Are all the cars sold through Toyota Sure Certified?
Only the best Toyota Cars (upto 8 years old / 100,000km millage) will make a good choice. All the cars purchased from Toyota SURE have gone through rigorous inspection and refurbishment, but only the best cars are certified.
Non-certified Toyotas are also retailed after inspection and refurbishment.
Q. What is the delivery time of certified vehicles?
Certified Vehicle is available at instant delivery; however it is subjected to the stock conditions and usually on first come first serve basis.
Q. Can I sell non-Toyota vehicle at Toyota Sure Dealership
Toyota SURE does not purchase non-Toyota variant for sourcing only. However, Toyota SURE accepts all kinds of cars for trade-in (Exchange).
Q. Will you offer the best price for my car?
Yes, Toyota SURE offers the best price to its customers through a fair & transparent pricing mechanism.
Q. How long will it take to get a new car if I trade-in?
Trade-in customers are offered special privileges such as early delivery; however this is strictly
subjected to the demand and supply conditions.
Q. Can I exchange my used Non-Toyota car with a new Toyota?
Yes. To facilitate customers, Toyota SURE accepts all kind of cars, even non-Toyota for exchange.
Q. How can I exchange my car with brand new Toyota?
To exchange your used vehicle with Toyota, please take your car to your nearest Toyota SURE
Dealership or book your appointment at toyotasure.com.pk, where the car will be inspected on 203 check points based on Toyota Vehicle Inspection System by Toyota Certified Experts / Sales Consultant according to which its price will be offered and the car can be exchanged.

Q. What is Toyota Sure?
Toyota SURE is Toyota Used Car platform which provides high-quality certified used vehicles at a Competitive price within your budget as well as facilitate the customers to exchange any used vehicle with a brand new Toyota or Certified Used Toyota.
Q. I am unable to bring my car to the dealership; can Inspection officers come to my house to check my car?
Inspection Officers are not recommended to visit customer’s premises to inspect cars. We recommend that customers bring their car to the dealership to get it inspected. The inspection process takes 15-20 minutes during which the customer can be present to witness the process. However, special request by customer can be made to inspect his/her car at their convenient location but this is strictly for special cases and as per mutual understanding of dealer and customer.
Q. I want to sell my car in the market but I want to get it certified first.
Toyota Sure certification is not for sale. We do not encourage such practices as it is not only a certificate but true value generation and peace of mind to the customer buying the car.
Q. I want to buy a non-certified car at Toyota Sure Dealership and I want to get the warranty.
If the car at Toyota Sure Dealership has not been certified that means that it did not fit the criteria. Only the best cars are certified by Toyota Sure.
Q. I want to buy a car at a Toyota Sure Dealership which is certified but I don’t want the certification or warranty.
Once a car has been certified it cannot be reversed as Certification is not for Sale but a by-product. Certification means that the car is in top condition, it has not had any major accident or engine/transmission failure. Apart from the condition of the car being good, we also check whether the car is too old or it has been driven too much. In either case we don’t certify the car. We ensure complete transparency and peace of mind for the customer.
Q. Can I exchange my used car with another used car at Toyota Sure Dealership
Yes, customers can trade-in their used car with not only new but used cars as well. At Toyota Dealership you can bring any car and exchange it with either a brand new Toyota or any Toyota Certified Used Vehicle.
Q. Is it possible for me to get the inspection sheet after the car has been inspected
Toyota Inspection officer will inspect the car on TVI 203 quality check points. This is done in order to ensure best price for your car. After the inspection is completed, the Sales Officer will discuss the inspection results with you. The inspection sheet is the sole property of the dealership.
Q. I am living in Lahore and I have a car that was registered in a different city, will Toyota Sure accept it?
Yes, Toyota Sure will accept cars that are registered in a different city.
Q. Is it possible for me to get a quotation without visiting the dealership?
Toyota Sure ensures best price for your car and for that to happen it is critical that you get your car inspected by our certified inspection officers. Only after thoroughly inspecting the car we’ll know the true value of your vehicle.
Q. I want to trade in my car, I want to sell my car, I want to buy a certified used vehicle, what should I do.

Q. I have identified a car on Toyota Sure website that I want to buy. What should I do?
Visit Toyota Sure website and select the car that you like. On the right hand side click on contact dealer. Here you will find all relevant information to contact the dealership.
Q. I want to sell my car but when I visit the website I cannot get a quote for my car?
If you want to sell your car you can leave a query on the website. However, you won’t be able to get a quote for your used car as it needs to be inspected first. This is how we ensure best price for your used car.
Q. I want to sell my car and want to put the ad on Toyota Sure website.
Toyota Sure website does not cater to classified Ads as It is our digital retail outlet. Hence, all the stock available on the website is TSURE DEALERSHIP stock and has been screened thoroughly. If you wish to sell your car please visit the nearest Toyota Sure Dealership.
Q. I live in Mardan and I want to buy a certified used vehicle I saw on the Toyota Sure website. What should I do?
Please identify which dealer uploaded the car. You can do that by clicking on contact dealer. If you agree to buy the vehicle, you and the dealership can come to an agreement with respect to the delivery of the vehicle.
Q. I want to exchange my used car with a new Toyota; will Toyota Sure accept this if I am making the payment through a bank loan?
Yes. We ensure that we maximize customer convenience and happiness.
Q. I have identified a car at a private seller; will Toyota Sure Inspectors come with me to inspect the car against a pre-set fee?
Unfortunately, this service is not available at the moment.
Q. After getting my car inspected and getting a quote from Toyota Sure, how long is the offer valid?
The price validity is normally valid for a day or two. However, it may depend from case to case as well as mutual understanding of our Dealer and customer.

Step 3: Enter your vehicle details i.e. Invoice and chassis number
Step 4: Enter the required details i.e. city, nearest Toyota Dealership, mobile number, email address etc.
Step 5: You will get verification code on the mobile number provided earlier
Step 6: Enter the code on portal and click ‘submit’
Step 7: You will get a welcome email and SMS having Warranty Activation Number (WAN), Use ID and Password.
